YNN's Heidi Zhou spoke with Austin Business Journal Editor Colin Pope about Vista 620, a 75,000 square foot mixed-use complex that is changing the real estate market by allowing retailers to buy space rather than rent it.

It's something that has not been done by developers in recent years, although it has been tried in the past.

"For the most part, out here in Austin right now, if you're a shop owner and you want a storefront, you're just going to need to rent the space," said Pope.
