Hundreds of people turned out for the tenth-annual
Keep Austin Weird Festival & 5-K on Saturday.
Attendees enjoyed live music and sported colorful costumes to celebrate the city’s one-of-a-kind weirdness. Even people from out of town had no trouble catching on to the spirit of weird.
"We're being ourselves and that is weird, ok? So it's perfect, and it's not where we live, so we can do it. Whatever happens in Austin, stays in Austin, ok?" Kathy W. said.
Money raised will go toward the Austin Parks Foundation.
