YNN's Chie Saito has a preview of today's hearing in the video above.

Military prosecutors and defense attorneys are set to discuss jury issues at a Thursday hearing for the Army psychiatrist charged in the deadly 2009 Fort Hood shooting rampage.

The judge is set to decide on a jury questionnaire that will be sent to the military jury pool before Maj. Nidal Hasan's murder trial starts Aug. 20. Prosecutors and defense attorneys have said they still disagree on which questions should be on the form.

Hasan's attorneys have said they want the form sent out soon so potential jurors can return it about a month before the trial begins.

Hasan faces the death penalty if convicted of 13 counts of premeditated murder and 32 counts of attempted premeditated murder in the shootings on the Texas Army post.
