Yetkin Yildirim is the head of the Texas Pavement Preservation Center at the University of Texas. He’s come up with a new, "green" product to replace MC-30, a dangerous chemical used to create roads and parking lots. The company is called Terra Pave Inc., and they just received $1.6 million from a Houston construction company to build a manufacturing company in Taylor.

They’re also on the verge of receiving more investment money from the University of Texas, and could be a company to keep an eye on.

They hope to be making $70 million per year in the next three to five years.
