Express pitcher Chad Bell is making quick work of the minor leagues.
The 23-year old lefty has found action as a starter and reliever for several Rangers teams this year. Along the way, he was named a Texas league all-star.
Now just one stop below the majors, Bell knows he needs to add one more pitch to make it at the highest level.
