Many aren’t aware of Davenport Village—a high-end shopping center just south of the Pennybacker Bridge off Highway 360.

Austin Business Journal Editor Colin Pope said the area has struggled to maintain stores. Even the Salt Lick had a failed stay at the center, but now, the mall is at 71 percent occupancy.
Luckily, the center just made a big score. Opal Divine’s is slated to open up a new location where the Salt Lick used to be.
