Austin police have arrested a man they say set fire to a North Austin four-plex early Monday morning.

Fire officials responded to the blaze around 2 a.m. at 1715 Hearthstone Drive.

The only occupant and suspected arsonist, 29-year-old Anthony Brown, was treated for smoke inhalation but is in good condition.

The fire caused $25,000 in structural damage and $3,000 worth of content damage.

Brown has been charged with first-degree arson.
