Capital Tonight: Familiar Texas faces soak in Ryan's big night
Our special "Capital Tonight" coverage of the Republican National Convention continued Wednesday, with many familiar Texas faces. Gov. Rick Perry, Speaker Joe Straus, Attorney General Greg Abbott and Sen. Dan Patrick all joined our Paul Brown to talk about their political goals, what's to come in the legislative session and why they support Mitt Romney.
Our Alana Rocha got a feel for the lighter side of the convention, as delegates put business behind them and began to enjoy the party. Also, Jay Root from our partners at the Texas Tribune shared his take on the day's Texas news, including some exciting information for anyone attending the delegate breakfast on Thursday morning.
