Update -- Austin police have arrested 29-year-old David Sanchez as a suspect in the attempted sexual assault at Hart Elementary School in northeast Austin.

An anonymous tip helped them identify Sanchez, who then “implicated himself in the incident,” according to detectives.

Right now, Sanchez is charged with robbery, a second-degree felony. Criminal elements of the attack remain under investigation.
