On the eve of the Democratic National Convention, Texas Democrats have their eye on the future. Many hope San Antonio Mayor Julian Castro's keynote address Tuesday night will kick-start a Democratic revolution in a state that has been red for decades.

On "Capital Tonight," Texas Democratic Party Chairman Gilberto Hinojosa sat down with Paul Brown, live from the Time Warner Cable Arena, to tell us why he thinks Democrats will regain the state. Also, our regular Capital Commentator, Democratic Strategist Harold Cook, joined us in our Austin studio.
