One person is dead after an 18-wheeler collision in Round Rock Monday morning.

The accident occurred at 6:43 a.m. when an 18-wheeler driving north on the Interstate-35 frontage road near Hester’s Crossing t-boned a black vehicle on the passenger’s side.

The passenger was pronounced dead on the scene, according to Round Rock police officials.
