Canyon Ridge Middle School, in Leander ISD, will begin at 10 a.m. Monday.

School officials are delaying the start of school after a report of a gas smell nearby. All events prior to the start of school have been canceled. Students who were already dropped off at the middle school will be transported to Bush Elementary.

Officials are working with the gas company to remedy the situation.
