Rep. Donna Howard and challenger Robert Thomas are vying for Texas House District 48. Newly re-drawn District 48 stretches from Southwest Austin, through Tarrytown, up to where 2222 meets Ranch Road 620.

Rep. Howard and Thomas met in a debate Wednesday, moderated by Paul Brown, Katie Naranjo of the Austin Young Democrats and Mike Dominguez of the Austin Young Republicans.
