APD makes arrest in North Austin stabbing

Update – Austin police have arrested 28-year-old Brian Ross for the murder of Adam Gonzalez. He is currently in Travis County Jail on a $500,000 bond.
Gonzalez's death is Austin's 28th murder of the year.
Earlier -- Austin police are looking for the person they say stabbed a 33-year-old man to death Friday night.
According to Sgt. Scott Ehlert with Austin’s Homicide Unit, police were called to 8610 North Lamar Boulevard, just south of Payton Gin Road, after reports of a dead body.
When they arrived, officers found the body of 33-year-old Adam Gonzalez with multiple stab wounds.
Preliminary interviews revealed that Gonzalez had been involved in a disturbance with two people, a man and woman, in the area before his death, Sgt. Ehlert said. Police say the disturbance was over “personal property.”
Gonzalez lived in an apartment located nearby.
