Central Texans awake to rainfall
Central Texans woke up to a rainy morning Tuesday as light showers arrived to the Capital City around 2 a.m.

The rain isn’t expected to let up either—there is a 90 percent chance for showers until Wednesday evening, according to YNN meteorologists.

Due to the chance of significant rainfall in a short period of time, flooding is a possibility. Drive slowly, use caution and avoid low-water crossings. There is a Flash Flood Watch in effect from noon Tuesday until noon Wednesday for Bastrop, Caldwell, Travis and Williamson counties.

Overall, Central Texas could see two to four inches of rain before the sun returns.
