Police made a grisly discovery in Bell County Tuesday morning while responding to a check welfare call on a couple who lived in the 13000 bock Willow Springs Road, outside the town of Moody.
A man and woman, 62-year-old Chuck Youngblood and 63-year-old Cathy Youngblood, were found dead with what police describe as "multiple wounds."
A vehicle was missing from the home. Police found it Tuesday afternoon in the southeast part of the county.
"It was at a residence, but I don't know the exact location or who it belongs to,” Bell County Sheriff’s Spokesman Donnie Adams said. “We just found the vehicle and that lead us to the suspect."
Investigators have a man in custody whom they describe as a family member.
"At this time, he is being interviewed,” Adams said. “He had not been charged, so we can't release his name yet."
