Lance Armstrong told Oprah Winfrey last month that the fallout from his admission to using performance enhancing drugs would cost him $75 million, so it's no surprise then that the Austin cyclist is fighting to keep every penny he can.

Armstrong's lawyer told the USA Today that Lance has no intention to repay a Texas company that paid he and his U.S. Postal team bonuses for three of its Tour de France victories. The company says Armstrong owes them 12 million dollars for his fourth fifth and sixth Tour wins. Armstrong's lawyer says no athlete has ever had to pay back his compensation. SCA Promotions says it is considering a lawsuit against Armstrong.

In a separate story, Reuters reported that Armstrong would not be prosecuted by U.S. officials for doping.
