Cooke family raises reward

By: News 8 Austin Staff

The reward money for information on a missing Georgetown teenager has doubled.

Since Rachel Cooke's disapperance last month, her parents have used flyers, commercials, and billboards to try to get their daughter back.

Now they've doubled the reward money to $50,000.

This weekend a caravan of volunteers will post flyers in major cities around Texas in hopes of attracting more attention.

The volunteers will meet at Faith Lutheran Church in Georgetown on Saturday at 8 a.m.

If you can help by posting flyers, call (512) 436-8437 or (512) 436-1371.

Anyone with information about Cooke’s disappearance is asked to call the Williamson County CrimeStoppers at (800) 253-STOP.
