Rachel Cooke disappeared almost four months ago but her parents still hope to find out what happened.
Cooke was last seen jogging near her home in Georgetown in January and she's never returned.
This weekend, supporters will gather for a 5K run and walk in her honor.
Rachel's parents, Robert and Janet Cooke spoke with News 8 Austin's Todd Boatwright.
Q: Why did you decide to have a run/walk?
Robert Cooke: Rachel was a cross country runner and long-distance track runner in high school at Georgetown High School. And she competed at Old Settlers Park several times so we thought it was a good place to do it.
Q: What's gone through your mind since Rachel disappeared?

Janet Cooke: You develop a certain amount of numbness. But at the same time it's always there. It's a constant. And, you know, the whole range of emotions still, just like the first day, the whole range of emotions just wells up within you. You know, it's tough. Each day is hard.
Q: What do you think happened to her?
Janet Cooke: I don't know. Someone has taken her. I mean she would not run off that is not a possibility. Someone has taken her. …We'll never give up. Not until we find out something.
