It may be hot and dry, but that isn’t stopping music lovers from doing some camping this coming weekend for the Austin City Limits Music Festival.

Becky Miller and her husband are getting ready for their first ACL adventure, and plan to stay at McKinney Falls State Park through the weekend.

"Well we're from Colorado so we love the outdoors obviously and we enjoy sleeping in a tent rather than a hotel," Miller said. "You can just kind of relax and enjoy the area that's around you and really get to know the area that you're in."

Willow Kreucher with McKinney Falls State Park said all of the park’s 100 campsites are full for the weekend. He said rangers will be on full patrol to make sure the current burn ban is enforced.

"There's no campfires. There's even no charcoal fires. If you're going to cook anything it has to be propane. It has to be in a contained environment. We're asking people not to smoke cigarettes." Kreucher said.
