This week in “Active Now,” we try out an exercise trend which has been around for years now — Jazzercise.
“It’s cardio, weights and stretching all in one hour and it’s choreographed to current music,” instructor Kate Henrichson said.
Henrichson says her class has students in their 20s all the way up into their 80s. It helps to have dance experience, but is far from necessary.
“You’ve got to find what you love, or else you’re not going to stick with it,” Henrichson said.
