One initiative in Williamson County is asking others to pitch in and help their community this holiday season “just because.”

Volunteers with the Just Because Christmas Project work each year to brighten the holidays for people who otherwise may not have that opportunity. This year, Just Because is accepting both monetary donations and toys for families in need, veterans’ families and people currently suffering from cancer.

If you’d like to contribute, the drop off will take place at Hernandez Middle School on Dec. 14 from 6 until 10 p.m.
