Terry Grant Scott
The Bell County District Attorney’s Office has charged 17-year-old Terry Grant Scott, a Killeen resident, with murder, according to police.
Police arrested Scott Tuesday near the intersection of Metropolitan Drive and West Trimmier Road.
Police say Scott shot three people in a maroon SUV outside of a Star Mart on FM 440 last week before fleeing the scene in a white Lincoln Town Car.
One of the victims, 25-year-old U.S. Army Specialist Austin James Sampson, has since died of his injuries.
Scott remains in Killeen City Jail.
