Earlier-- One person is dead after an accident on Highway 95 near Elgin Thursday morning. The southbound lanes are currently closed in the area.

Officials say the accident involves two 18-wheerlers, at least one that had caught fire, and a passenger vehicle near County Road 87.

The cause of wreck is still not known at this time. Drivers should avoid the area until further notice.
