Out in the Garden: Planting bulbs for spring gardens

Fall is in the air and it’s finally time for Central Texas gardeners to plant their fall annuals.


For a beautiful garden in the spring, bulbs must be planted in the fall. Throughout the winter, they will dig their roots into the soil in preparation for a big, spring bloom.


Daffodils and tulips are both popular options for Central Texas gardens.
