Polls are open in all 50 states, and Election Day is well underway.

In Travis County, Election Day Vote Centers are open for this election, which means you can vote at any polling location.

Travis County Clerk Dana DeBeauvoir expects Vote Centers to make finding a polling place easier than ever.

She also adds that voters are making choices both federally and locally.

"We've got both a federal ballot and local items together, this is a joint election put together so that we can have all elections together,” DeBeauvoir said. “This is what folks have asked for. This is what joint elections look like."

As the election season winds down, there has been no rest for President Obama and challenger Mitt Romney. The two candidates have been racing through battleground states, trying to snag last-minute votes.

In Des Moines Iowa Monday, Obama spoke to a crowd of 20,000 supporters. It was his final campaign stop before election night.

Obama said he needs four more years to complete the work his administration has started. He'll watch election returns in his hometown of Chicago.

GOP contender Mitt Romney cast his ballot this morning along with his wife Ann near Belmont, MA.

Romney spoke to supporters in New Hampshire Monday evening. The Republican presidential candidate hosted a rally in Manchester. New Hampshire is the first state to begin voting.

National opinion polls are showing a virtual tie in the popular vote. Tuesday evening, Romney will head to Boston for an Election Day reception at the Boston Convention Center.
